Finding your Budget

Starting to develop plans should happen at the beginning of everything. One of the first things is to establish what can be built on the site. Information like how big, how tall and what style will help determine what you can build. Of course, the next biggest question is: budget.

On our first free meeting, I can help establish what you’re allowed to build. I will need a copy of a site survey of the property, copy of any applicable design scheme and your ideas.

By the end of our first meeting, I will have a good idea of the basics of what you desire. I will then supply you with a proper written quote for my services. Hopefully, soon after, we would start the drawings for the project together.
